DescriptionWhen speaking, don't think about your self. Let go of worrying and just get into the flow. Find yourself intimately connected with the subject. Let the words come as they will. If needs be, imagine yourself alone. Or feel that you are speaking just with each person in the audience, you and them alone together, focusing on them, not you. Most of all just enjoy it.
