DescriptionFind a way of claiming to be unique and superior in some way from your competitors. Indicate that the only way to gain these special benefits that only you can offer is by buying your products. Use words like only, unique, special, individual, patented, different, etc. to indicate that what you offer is exclusive to you (and could be exclusively for your customers). ExampleOnly Gleem gives you super-shiny hair. In tests, nine out of ten dogs preferred Munchy. Only Squeeze has the unique FyneFilterTM system. DiscussionWe all have a need for esteem and for a sense of individual identity. By offering something that is unique, you are letting the target customer share in that uniqueness and thus stand out as someone special and to feel that others will envy and admire them. When something is in scarce supply, people fear being left behind. Being the only company to offer something exclusive may also trigger this motivator. When they buy something that only have, they will also bond more closely with you and be more likely to recommend and buy more of your products.
