SummaryHere's a quick, flexible and powerful way to add colours to your shadows and highlights. The basic principle shown here is to use a separate gradient map for each of shadows and highlights and to use a contrast blend mode, most notably Linear Light. Extra note: You can use this method to add colour to other tonal ranges, such as mid-tones where much of the average image will be.
