Much body language is related to how comfortable or not a person is feeling. About discomfortWhen we become anxious, this causes increase mental activity as we try to think our way out of the situation. We also feel stress, which can result in a number of physiological changes in the body, including sweating, redness, muscular tension.
Comfort: head tilt, smiling
