Replacing faulty lighting

Killing off or moving away any pests

People tend to want a house that is ready to move into, rather than a project to fix up. There are, of course, people who like a project, but they also will seek a price much lower than the cost of getting it done beforehand.

If you do not like fixing things yourself or are unable to do so, then make a list and get a professional around to do all these little jobs. Remember to get a quote first and provide the written list (use it later to check it is all done as needed).

If you want to get away from traditional whites, try using light green. This suggests nature and eco-friendliness. You can also use very light hues to separate zones.
