DiscussionIn many organizations training is the first thing to be cut when times are tight. In armies, failing to train your troops to the highest level is to risk their lives and risk losing battles. When training people to train others, ensure they have high enough skills to sustain the quality of learning. Cascaded training fails when each level ends up with successively less accurate knowledge and skill. See also
