The way we become attached (or not) to others, especially our mother or primary carer, is remarkably important in how we interact with the world where every interaction with others is, at some level, also an attachment.
So what?Take time to understand the deeper aspects of attachment as it is an important factor in how we build relationships with others. Also understand how early attachment problems can impact relationships as adults.
